Why convert ISO to MP4?
An ISO (ISO 9660 / UDF) is a sector-by-sector copy of an optical disc containing a file system and directory structure. .MP4 is a video container holding compressed video and audio streams. A Windows installer ISO, a Linux ISO, and a game ISO all share the same .iso extension but contain entirely different content - none of which is a re-packagable video stream.

HandBrake FREE
For a Video DVD ISO only: mount the .iso, open HandBrake, point it at the mounted disc or VIDEO_TS folder, select the title, choose MP4 as output, and encode. HandBrake cannot bypass CSS encryption on commercially pressed DVDs without the libdvdcss library.

- Any site claiming to convert a generic ISO to MP4 will produce unusable output; the ISO format does not encode a video stream that can be re-packaged.
