No - not a direct conversion.

The db lists scf->fasta etc. (trace formats). SCF/AB1/ABI are sequencer CHROMATOGRAM traces; you can extract a FASTA base-call FROM them, but you cannot create a real chromatogram trace FROM plain FASTA (the raw signal data doesn't exist). Convert trace -> FASTA, not the reverse.
