What to expect
- Formulas are baked in as their calculated results - the PDF shows values only, not formula text.
- Columns wider than a standard page may be clipped; set scaling to Fit to 1 page wide in WPS Office before exporting.
- The WPS Office free tier shows in-app ads, but PDF export is fully functional without a paid plan.
Frequently asked questions
Can I convert ET to PDF without installing WPS Office?
Yes - use our free converter above, or as a two-step workaround convert the
.et to .xlsx with an online tool first, then export the .xlsx to PDF in Excel or Google Sheets.Do charts and images survive the conversion?
Yes. WPS Office renders charts, images, and drawing objects into the PDF as they appear on screen; standard chart types export cleanly.
How do I export only one sheet and not the whole workbook?
Click the sheet tab you want before going to File > Export to PDF - WPS Office will let you export the active sheet or a selected cell range only.
Can I password-protect the exported PDF?
Yes. In the WPS Office Export to PDF dialog, open the Security or Encryption tab and set an open password before saving.
