Co to jest format pliku FETCHMIRROR?
Plik .fetchmirror to dokument zapisanych ustawień utworzony przez Fetch, klienta FTP, SFTP i FTPS dla macOS firmy Fetch Softworks. Fetch posiada funkcję Mirror, która kopiuje nowe lub zmienione pliki między folderem na komputerze Mac a folderem na zdalnym serwerze w dowolnym kierunku. Jest to powszechny sposób na utrzymywanie aktualności strony internetowej lub tworzenie kopii zapasowej folderu na serwerze.
Po skonfigurowaniu okna Mirror i naciśnięciu przycisku Save, Fetch zapisuje konfigurację w dokumencie .fetchmirror. Plik rejestruje ścieżkę folderu lokalnego, ścieżkę folderu zdalnego, hosta, nazwę użytkownika, kierunek synchronizacji oraz informację, czy zbędne elementy w miejscu docelowym powinny zostać usunięte. The main caution is that it stores host names, usernames, and folder paths in readable form, so treat it as mildly sensitive and avoid sharing it publicly. It only does anything when opened in Fetch on a Mac.
