Che cos'è il formato di file AFPUB?
Un file .afpub è il formato di documento nativo di Affinity Publisher, l'app di desktop publishing creata da Serif come alternativa a Adobe InDesign. Serif ha rilasciato Affinity Publisher per la prima volta nel giugno 2019 e Canva ha acquisito l'azienda nel 2024.
Un singolo file .afpub contiene un'intera pubblicazione. Ciò include la geometria delle pagine e dei fogli macchina, le pagine mastro, i livelli, le cornici di testo e i relativi stili, le tabelle, le forme vettoriali e le immagini raster che sono incorporate nel file o collegate dal disco. Affinity salva anche lo stato del documento, quindi la riapertura di un file ripristina il layout esattamente come era stato lasciato. I designer utilizzano i file .afpub per brochure, riviste, libri, volantini e poster.
Il formato è proprietario. Serif non ha mai pubblicato le specifiche, motivo per cui nessun programma di terze parti affidabile può leggere direttamente i file .afpub.

Posso aprire un file .afpub senza Affinity?
Non in modo affidabile. Serif non ha mai pubblicato le specifiche del formato, quindi altre app non possono leggerlo. Se non hai Affinity, chiedi al mittente di esportare il documento in PDF.
Come si converte un file .afpub in PDF?
Apri il file in Affinity Publisher, scegli File > Esporta, seleziona un preset PDF (incluse le opzioni PDF/X per la stampa) e salva. Questo è il modo consigliato per condividere il layout.
Posso modificare un file .afpub in Adobe InDesign?

Affinity può incorporare immagini a piena risoluzione direttamente nel documento. Se hai incorporato le immagini invece di collegarle, il file cresce con ogni risorsa. Collegare le immagini mantiene invece il file .afpub più piccolo.
