Convert WPL to WMDB

Can you convert WPL to WMDB?
QUICK ANSWER
Is it possible to convert WPL to WMDB?
No - not a direct conversion.

WMDB is Windows Media Player's binary library database (CurrentDatabase_xxx.wmdb), not a playlist export target. WMP builds the WMDB internally; you don't convert a WPL into one.
