Why convert QRP to CSV?
A .qrp stores finished printed pages as Windows metafiles from the QuickReport engine - it is an archiving format, not a data-exchange format. Exporting to .csv is the closest way to recover numbers and rows for further analysis when the source application is unavailable.
How to convert QRP to CSV
QuickReport viewer FREE
Download a standalone viewer from QuSoft (qusoft.com) or RepView from Zylsoft (zylsoft.com), open the .qrp, and use File > Export or Save As to select CSV or delimited text output.
QuickReport (Delphi application) APP
If the originating Delphi/C++Builder application is available, re-run the report there and use the application's own CSV export for cleaner output - it pulls directly from the source data rather than parsing page images.
About these formats
A QRP file is a saved, pre-rendered report produced by QuickReport - a reporting add-on for Delphi and C++Builder applications made by QuSoft AS (Norway). It stores finished report pages…

- The CSV reflects text extracted from rendered page images, not raw source records; column boundaries are inferred from position and may be misaligned in complex reports.
- Re-running the report in the originating application and using its own export gives the cleanest CSV because the app accesses the underlying data directly.
- No standalone file converter handles
.qrpto.csvwithout a QuickReport runtime - tools advertised as generic QRP converters on download portals are typically adware.
