Why convert PRPROJ to PPJ?
.prproj is a gzip-compressed XML format built around features - sequences, color grading, nested timelines - that did not exist in the Premiere 6 era .ppj format. There is no defined mapping between the two structures, and Adobe has never provided a downgrade export.
