Why convert P7M to EML?
An .eml is a plain-text RFC 822 message with From/To/Subject headers and a body. A .p7m is a binary PKCS#7/CMS container that holds a document plus a digital signature - it has no email headers and no message body. There is nothing in a .p7m that maps to the structure of an .eml, so no conversion is possible.
