Why convert ODP to SDD?
ODP is the ISO-standard OpenDocument Presentation format, introduced as the modern successor to the binary SDD format used by StarImpress. SDD was a proprietary binary format tied to StarOffice, which Sun Microsystems discontinued in 2011; no current office suite reads or writes SDD. Converting backward from ODP to its obsolete predecessor has no practical use and no tool to perform it.
How to convert ODP to SDD

Open the .odp and use File > Save As > PowerPoint 2007-365 (.pptx) for PowerPoint compatibility, or File > Export As PDF for universal sharing.
Apache OpenOffice Impress (OpenOffice.org Impress) FREE
