Convert BIK to BK2

Can you convert BIK to BK2?
QUICK ANSWER
Is it possible to convert BIK to BK2?
No - not a direct conversion.

Bink 2 (.bk2) is a different, newer codec generation; there's no simple .bik→.bk2 transcoder for end users. Re-authoring would require RAD's Bink 2 encoder. To modernize a game video, convert to MP4/MKV instead.
