Perché convertire JAR in APK?
A JAR contains Java bytecode (.class files) for the Java Virtual Machine, which Android does not include. Android uses DEX bytecode compiled for the Android Runtime (ART), together with Android SDK APIs that do not exist in Java SE. Old J2ME MIDlet JARs ran on a CLDC/MIDP phone runtime - also not Android. The only online service that attempted JAR-to-.apk conversion is now defunct.
