Convert WEM to WPROJ

Can you convert WEM to WPROJ?
QUICK ANSWER
Is it possible to convert WEM to WPROJ?
No - not a direct conversion.

.wproj is a Wwise PROJECT file, not an audio output. A WEM is a single encoded asset; it cannot be 'converted' into a project. The DB pairing (software_count 2) is bogus - you author a project in Wwise and it produces WEM, not the reverse.
