Convert VEP to VEP4

QUICK ANSWER
Is it possible to convert VEP to VEP4?
Yes - VEP converts to VEP4.

Newer AVS Video Editor versions use .vproj/.vep4 projects; opening an older .vep in a current AVS version effectively upgrades the project. Done inside AVS Video Editor, not by an external tool.
