Why convert LLSP to LLSP3?
Both are LEGO Education SPIKE project bundles, but .llsp is the App 2 format and .llsp3 is the App 3 format with a changed block set. A byte-for-byte conversion would produce a project full of invalid blocks, which is why LEGO offers no converter and community advice is to rebuild rather than convert.
How to convert LLSP to LLSP3

Rename to .llsp3 (last resort)
Some users copy the file and change the extension from .llsp to .llsp3; App 3 may open it, but you must still fix or delete blocks that no longer exist.
