Convert KAD to NKS

Can you convert KAD to NKS?
QUICK ANSWER
Is it possible to convert KAD to NKS?
No - not a direct conversion.

The .kad file is a library index/database, not the sounds themselves. NKS patches are separate files (.nks/.nkx). There is no conversion path - the database cannot be migrated to Komplete Kontrol's modern library system automatically.
