PSB is Photoshop's large-document format for canvases that exceed PSD's 30,000-pixel limit. If a high-resolution SAI illustration is too large for a standard .psd, PSB is the correct target. The .sai format is proprietary, so PaintTool SAI is the only tool that can open it and act as the first step.
