LibreOffice Impress FREE
Go to File > Export, choose JPEG Image (.jpg), and select Export All Slides; each slide saves as a separate .jpg in the chosen folder.
Microsoft PowerPoint APP
Open the .odp in PowerPoint, go to File > Export > Change File Type > JPEG, then choose All Slides when prompted.
