An LRV is a low-resolution proxy video from GoPro and DJI cameras, internally an MP4 with an AAC audio track. Extracting the audio to .mp3 is useful when the clip was recorded primarily for sound - a speech, ambient audio, or live performance - and the video is not needed, especially when the full-resolution MP4 is not available.
