Зачем конвертировать DATA в XLSX?
Analysis Studio exports data as tab-delimited text, but the .data extension is not recognized by most business tools. Saving as .xlsx lets colleagues open the data directly in Excel, apply formulas and pivot tables, and share it without needing Analysis Studio installed.

- Header rows are the main snag - the file carries metadata rows at the top before actual data; count them in a text editor before importing so columns align correctly.
- The file is plain text with no compression or binary encoding; no data is lost during the import.
- If the
.datafile was not created by Appricon Analysis Studio (no companion.stp, content looks binary), it belongs to a different program and these steps will not work.
Часто задаваемые вопросы
Can I just rename the `.data` file to `.xlsx`?
.xlsx is a ZIP-based binary format; renaming a plain text file will not make it readable as a spreadsheet. What is the companion `.stp` file?
Will my data have the right column headers?
.data file includes column names in one of its header rows; if they are missing, check the companion .stp for the column definitions.
