SDA is a file format associated with OpenOffice Draw. SDA files are used for storing vector or raster graphics objects. The current version of OpenOffice Draw used ODG format in place of SDX, which replaced the SDA format. How to open file with SDA extension?

Step 1. Get the Apache OpenOffice

This can be one of the causes why SDA files are not compatible with Apache OpenOffice. Step 3. Assign Apache OpenOffice to SDA files

• Proceed to the Open with section. If its closed, click the title to access available options
• From the list choose the appropriate program and confirm by clicking Change for all....
• A message window should appear informing that This change will be applied to all files with SDA extension. By clicking Continue you confirm your selection.

Step 4. Verify that the SDA is not faulty

Should the problem still occur after following steps 1-3, check if the SDA file is valid. Being unable to access the file can be related to various issues.

1. The SDA may be infected with malware – make sure to scan it with an antivirus tool.

2. Check whether the file is corrupted or damaged
