Ink/Stitch FREE
Install Inkscape and the Ink/Stitch extension, open the .exp via File > Open in Inkscape, then save as SVG with File > Save As.
Embroidermodder 2 OPEN-SOURCE
Open the .exp in Embroidermodder 2 and use File > Save As to export as SVG.
Embird Embroidery Software APP
Load the .exp in Embird and check File > Export for available vector or SVG output options in your installed version.

.expfile; any colors in the exported SVG are placeholders assigned by the conversion tool and must be corrected manually. - The SVG is for graphics use only - it cannot be fed back to an embroidery machine without regenerating stitch data from scratch in digitizing software.
