Files with .WRF extension store audio or video recordings saved in a proprietary binary format developed for Cisco WebEx service. WRF files store such data as:

ARF (Advanced Recording Format) is an alternative format to WRF and supports flash SWF and MP4 conversion. Converting ARF file to WRF files and vice versa is not supported.
